The colours I have used are Gorgeous Grape and Highland Heather. I love this rich, vibrant mix of purples. They work really well together, and the matching ribbon adds a perfectly coordinating bow.
As the stamps are photopoymer, they were easy to line up and create the border at the top and bottom edges of the Highland Heather layer. I've used the darker Gorgeous Grape at the bottom and the lighter Highland Heather at the top. It looked more balanced that way.
The Snowflake Showcase includes a set of coordinating dies and I have used two of them to create the die cuts to finish decorating my card. I have attached them to the card with just a glue dot underneath the centre allowing the petals to remain loose.
Some of the dies are floral and some are snowflakes, thus coordinating with both the stamp sets in the suite.
The Happiness Surrounds set has an array of beautiful sentiments that are useful all year round. This time I chose to use 'Hello Friend'. The basic rhinestones add a touch of sparkle and finish off the centre of the flowers perfectly. Who would you send a card like this to?
Remember that the Snowflake Showcase suite is available for a limited time only (until 30th November, or while supplies last). So, to avoid disappointment, please don't delay. Order today!
