The wait is over! The gorgeous Snowflake Showcase products that I have been tempting you with are now available to customers.  Be quick, they are only available for a limited time (1st - 30th November, only while supplies last).  You can purchase them here in my online store.

In this video Shannon West, from the Home Office, introduces the products.

Here is a close up of the products:

Happiness Surrounds 149744 £16

Snow is Glistening 149742 £20

Snowfall Thinlet Dies 149692 £36

Snowflake Trinkets 149620 £7.50

White Velvet Sheets 149619 £4.75

Today I have used Shaded Spruce as my colour of choice to make my version of one of the samples produced by Stampin' Up! for this promotion.  It feaures the large Christmas Tree image that is filled with snowflakes from the Snow is Glistening set.

After stamping the image I ran the layer through my Big Shot with the Softly Falling folder to give the illusion of snowflakes falling and settling around the tree.  I die cut two small snowflakes from vellum cardstock adding gold metallic pearls to hide the glue attaching the snowflakes to the tree.  Have more snowflakes landed on the tree or are they decorations?  I'll let you decide!

To emphasise the word "Joy" I have used two stitched edged framelits and some gold metallic thread.  Finally, I spritzed the whole card, with Wink of Stella mixed with alcohol in a spray bottle, to give a sparkly sheen.  I really happy with my finished version.  I like the simplicity of just using white and green with only the merest hint of gold.  The colours are crisp and fresh.

In earlier posts, I shared a couple of other cards made with the Snowflake Showcase goodies and you can see my them here and here.
