Signs of Santa go to the North Pole!

Welcome back to my blog this morning.  Today, I am sharing a card with cute images from the Santa's Workshop suite.  I have made the panels by combining the designer series paper (DSP) from this suite and Poppy Parade cardstock.  This particular piece of DSP is luxuriously textured.  The white diagonal stripes have a flocked finish and are raised and velvety.

The images from the Signs of Santa stamp set are really cute and such fun to colour.  I used my Stampin' Blends.

To start with, I die cut multiple Whisper White images and then used my Stamparatus to stamp the images quickly and easily.  I have used this method of die cutting and stamping lots of times - not only does it speed up the process, but ensures that each image is stamped in exactly the same place each time.  Look here to see some pictures showing the steps of how to do this.  I love my Stamparatus, it really is a fabulous tool.

The poor little elf is trudging through a snow blizzard created with the Softly Falling embossing folder.  I felt obligated to add some Dazzling Diamonds glitter to this wintry scene, so there is a sprinkling on the sign post and also on the elf's hat.  Some silver metallic thread is layered underneath the oval, which is lifted up using Dimensionals.  The sign points to the North Pole, and I've also used *Naughty and *Nice from the Tags and Tidings set - they fitted perfectly into the additional sign board.

I wonder, will the cheeky little elf deliver the parcels on time?
