Customer Thank You cards for November 2021 - Kylie's Demonstrator Training Program Blog Hop

Hello! I am participating in a blog hop organised by Kylie and Bruno Bertucci as part of their Demonstrator Training Program. We are a group of Demonstrators from around the world who are taking part in training that is helping us to build a successful Stampin' Up!® business and to reach some goals that we have set. So, whether you are a regular visitor or if you have hopped in from another blog, I am delighted to welcome you here to my blog!  

Throughout the hop we are sharing ideas and inspiration for Thank You cards to send to our customers during November. I am featuring the Biggest Wish set, from the Annual catalogue, for my cards this month. Mixing and matching the selection of big bold words the scripty curvy ones is such fun. I used my Stamparatus to stamp the column of THANKS and chose colours to coordinate with the shades in the narrow strip of Pattern Party paper (available by using Stampin' Rewards).

The large THANKS fits beautifully in the Stitched So Sweetly die cut shape - the letters are just the right size! And, just to emphasize the thanks element of the card a bit more, I added a scripty one aswell. I used Misty Moonlight on top of the Pool Party for the blue card together with some Denim ribbon (available in the upcoming Mini catalogue) and some metallic pearls. The second version needed a bit more oomph, so I heat embossed the thanks in gold and used gold ribbon and pearls.

Stamping Inkspirations Blog Hop - November 2021

Hello and welcome to my blog! Today I am taking part in a blog hop with some fellow enthusiasts who love sharing their creative talents using their Stampin' Up!® products. This month the Stamping Inkspirations blog hop is all about Being Thankful for You.

My card today is simple in construction, but the sentiment packs a punch and there is no doubt as to its meaning. This thanks, from the Biggest Wish stamp set, has a handwritten feel about it and although the curvy lines are soft and flowing, using it repeatedly makes a bold statement.

I've only used two colours on my card; Flirty Flamingo and Basic White. Well, three colours if you include the gold ribbon and metallic pearls! By stamping the sentiment full strength and then again without reinking to get the lighter shades it looks as if more colours have been used - I love using this technique. It's so simple and effective. For the card front the words are stamped, in rows, over a white panel to create a background piece which then sits next to a thin strip of patterned paper.  

For the focal point the thanks is stamped again, punched using the Tailor Tag Punch and layered onto a Flirty Flamingo Stitched So Sweetly die cut. They layer together beautifully. To finish the card there is twisted gold ribbon under the label and a trio of Metallic Pearls. Whether you are saying thanks for a helping hand or a gift, sending a card is the perfect gesture to express those sentiments. Let's acknowledge all those acts of kindness!

In Symmetry Thanks for International Project Highlights - November 2021

Hello and welcome to my blog. This is my card to entry to Kylie Bertucci's International Project Highlights for November 2021 - the theme is Thank you. For this card I have used the In Symmetry stamps with some of the Designer Series Paper from the same suite and plenty of sparkle! I've taken a lead from the name of the stamp set and arranged the elements symmetrically on the card, and although it's simple there is something that really appeals to me. The pattern making possibilities are endless! 

The card base is made from Just Jade card which is a wonderfully rich jewel coloured card to which I have added an embossed layer using the Stitched Greenery die. The panel of navy patterened paper sits in the centre of the card, layered onto a slightly larger piece of Night of Navy card. Repeating the slim borders throughout the design adds to the symmetry.

The flowers are stamped on squares of Basic White card that have been embossed with the smallest of the Stitched with Whimsy dies and layered onto more Just Jade card - the Flirty Flamingo centres are fussy cut and adorned with Basic Rhinestones. To add to the sparkle there are more rhinestones sprinkled on to the background and a pretty bow tied in the Glittered Organdy Ribbon - when they catch the light they twinkle! I have only used part of the thanks so much sentiment and to ensure that it pops, the thanks is mounted on to Night of Navy card so it was double fussy cut! I think the effort was worth it though.
