Hello and welcome to my blog. I am delighted to be part of the All Star Video Class Group. We create a Video Class Bundle with exclusive tutorials complete with photos, video directions and a supply list that includes both Metric and Imperial measurements, and we also hop together each month sharing another project using the same suite.
This
month we are using the Beautiful Bokeh Suite and this is a sneak peek of the projects included in this month's bundle of video tutorials.

Each

My card flattens to go in an envelope and has cute floating butterfies supported on thin strips of window sheet to give the illusion of flying butterflies. They are attached to an invisible, additional strip of card on the inside so that there is depth to their flight.
The card base is a Thick Basic White strip made into a tube (25cm x 6cm and scored at 9cm, 12cm, 21cm and 24cm) and decorated with Balmy Blue card and Bokeh Designer Series Paper. To create a taller backdrop for the butterflies I added a larger piece of Balmy Blue (10cm x 8.9cm) layered with more DSP at the back of the card.

The largest butterfly is die cut and embossed using the ingenious hybrid folder. To add some shading to the wings I added a little ink with a blending brush around the edges. The smaller die cut butterflies are simply decorated by adding an Iridescent Faceted gem to their bodies. I scattered a few more gems over the card, added a generous twist of Iridescent Striped trim and a birthday sentiment to complete it.
I have lots of ideas for creating with these pretty papers and butterflies, and I hope you feel inspired to create with them too. Let me know what you think in the comments below.
