Within this six month period we will be designing Tutorial Bundles with the following products from the January to June Mini Catalogue:

  • January 2022 - Sweet Talk Suite
  • February 2022 - Artfully Composed Suite
  • March 2022 - Abstract Beauty Suite
  • April 2022 - New Horizons Suite
  • May 2022 - Flowering Fields Suite
  • June 2022 - Heart & Home Suite

To give you even more inspiration this month, each of us has created another project using the Sweet Talk Suite products. Here is my project for today.

I have used the largest of the Scalloped Contour dies to crop out the background layering piece from some of the Sweet Talk Designer Series Paper, which is mounted onto a Real Red card base.

Seven different colours are represented in the stripy lines on the paper and I've used those to create the trio of heart banners. The Sweet Heart dies have a run of six connected hearts which can be die cut in one piece - I cut four of these from Real Red card (backed with Adhesive Sheet). Then, using the extra fourth strip, I carefully snipped three single ones to convert the run of six hearts to arrays of seven hearts. I die cut a run of the collective hearts from each of the seven rainbow colours and then added one to each of the heart apertures. There are lots left over, but I am sure they will come in useful for future projects!

The lines of hearts overlap slightly which creates a pretty mosaic pattern. The Happy Valentine's Day sentiment was simply stamped on a narrow piece of Basic White card and then snipped apart and arranged over the heart strips.
