Butterfly Bouquet Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I am participating in a blog hop, organised by Kylie and Bruno Bertucci as part of their Demonstrator Training Program, to
highlight the fantastic new Butterfly Bouquet products.

These cards were such fun to make! I cut out lots of the intricate detailed butterfly shapes from Basic White card and one set of plain butterflies in Highland Heather card and set to arranging them on my card.

The Butterfly Bundle doesn't have any sentiments so it is perfect to use for any occasion by pairing it with a suitable sentiment from your stash. I chose to pair it with Forever Fern so that I could use the hello sentiment and the fantastic splatter stamp to add a hint of coordinating colour to the background.
The splatter background is emphasised by using the dotty die to allow some of the coloured layer to show through. The hello is white heat embossed on black card and the butterflies are finished off with a few basic rhinestones.

As I had cut plenty of white butterflies I carried on going! I kept the same arrangement with a diagonal line of butterflies and added an embossed background using either the Brick & Mortar or Ornate folders (which didn't need the inky splatters!). It was a really big pile of white butterflies...and I think they look good in Melon Mambo too!

I'm so pleased with these fresh looking cards - the little pops of colour really make all the white elements stand out. As mentioned at the beginning, this is a blog hop so make sure you hop around to see the other butterfly creations. Hope you are inspired! Click on the links below to visit them.
