Hello and welcome to my blog. This week I have shown you several projects with hearts on, and this one does too. This time of year I am drawn to the pretty displays in the shops showing off cards, flowers and chocolates ready for gifting to a sweetheart. I was taken back to my childhood with one of the displays beacuse there were some specially packaged sweeties - an attractive, round tin filled with Love Heart sweets. Not only do I love hearts, but I also have a very sweet tooth and I although I haven't had those sweeties in a long time I do fondly remember their little messages and pastel colours.
These little hearts really remind me of those Love Heart sweets, so today I bring you a calorie free Love Heart treat that will not harm your teeth! The colours used are Melon Mambo and Lovely Lipstick and they really pop against the white background. The little stripy hearts are stamped, then die cut using the coordinating stitched edge heart die and raised up using Dimensionals - aren't they cute?
