A Beautiful Bouquet for the Random Act of Kindness Blog Hop!

Welcome to the Random Act of Kindness (RAK) Blog Hop. You are visiting Karen Henderson in the UK. I am showcasing the cards I have given as part of the Random Act of Kindness Group on Facebook.

Each month, we each select a few people from the Group to send a RAK card to, to brighten their day. Please feel free to join the Group if you would like to participate in the RAK cards movement (blogging is not mandatory). If you would like to join our awesome group here is the link to the group - https://www.facebook.com/groups/randomactsofkindnessgroup/

These are the cards I have made.

I joined this group a while ago and I have been watching beautiful cards being sent and received.  This month I have participated!  I have just returned from the post office having sent my first batch of cards off in the post.  I had fun making up the cards and I'm so happy that I have made them and sent them.

I used the Beautiful Bouquet bundle with its delicate flowers and stylishly written sentiments.  I have stamped two sprays of blossom like branches onto the oh so versatile wood textured paper and continued the tree theme by using the Pinewood Planks embossing folder on the Rich Razzleberry layer - I love the texture this creates.  Old Olive die cut leaves are added together with the stamped and die cut flowers to complete the bouquet.  This adorable sentiment is stamped onto a circle of wood grain paper and in turn layered onto shapes punched from Rich Razzleberry and Early Espresso.   The final finishing touches are a twist of natural ribbon with a hint of gold and a spritz of Wink of Stella (a spray made from alcohol and Wink of Stella).

I hope that this project on my blog today has inspired you & brightened your day. You are currently visiting Karen Henderson. Please see the list below & hop around all of the people on the list to see all our projects. You don't want to miss any!

    1. Thanks Tatiana,
You'll love this bundle, it is so versatile. The embossing added the little extra that was needed to finish the card!
